This Citizen Promaster Fugu is one of the best affordable diver values out there. Solid build with a workhorse automatic movement, tough construction, bright lume, smooth winding and setting, even the bezel is snug with minimal back play when rotating. If you’re looking for a black and blue tool watch with AR coating on the crystal and a comfortable poly strap, this is the watch for you.

Note: Some of the stock images on Citizen’s site show the hands and markers to be a yellowish green, but others show them to be white. The pictures here are of the actual watch for sale, as you can see, they are white. The reason for their off-white stock pics could be that they are trying to show the lume? Either way, it’s potentially confusing to enthusiasts, so we wanted to clarify on our end that this piece is in fact white on blue.
