Kobold Watch Company is synonymous with hardcore tool watches meant to be worn in the field. We have sold many of these tough timepieces to customers actually serving in the military overseas. Kobold was founded in 1998, long before the microbrand watch community exploded. It was one of the first brands to crowdsource new model production by offering pre-sales to existing customers. Kobold watches have gone from being stamped with Made in Germany, to Made in USA, to Made in Nepal.
