The Sea-Spirit is from micro brand Reverie out of Singapore. This gorgeous watch is a limited edition with only 125 made worldwide. This is the company’s first model and it comes in two dial colors: Anchor Black and Deep Blue.

The dial is the most notable feature of the Sea-Spirit, with a robust Guilloche pattern that gets its inspiration from sea waves. This design is magical under different lighting, and you will see it change colors at the flick of your wrist.

The case is constructed from 316L stainless steel and has a sleek satin finish on the top of the lugs. The rest of the case is polished to a mirror-like finish. At 41mm, it is within the comfort zone of many wrist sizes. Top to bottom lug, it measures 47mm.

The lugs are 22mm for the black leather strap. It features a white stitching that matches the Arabic markers on the dial, as well as a steel push-button clasp that is easily adjustable. There is an extra black canvas strap in the box, and both straps are equipped with Convenient Strap Change spring bars that allow for on the fly swapping – no tools needed!

The stunning dial is protected by a sapphire crystal that is treated with an anti-reflective coating on the inside. This is nice because you won’t have to worry about the coating being scratched off.

The exhibition caseback is mineral crystal and allows for a clear view into the Miyota caliber 8218 automatic movement. Speaking of clear view, if you like to admire the engines in your timepieces, you’re going to appreciate how the rotor is skeletonized so that it doesn’t cover half of the movement. The 21 jewel Japan-made ticker features a small seconds complication at 4:00 and a date on the 3.

On the wrist, the Reverie is comfortable and gets a lot of attention. It wears like a sport watch and looks like a dress watch. This makes is versatile for matching with different fashion styles.
