Deep Blue just sent us these scans of the new Batman diver from the DAYNIGHT RESCUE collection. If you’ve been enthralled by the blue and black Rolex GMT-Master II but can’t spring for the high price, this Deep Blue should definitely be on your radar.
The watch is available with a GMT complication and without. Either way, you’re getting a Swiss automatic that can be admired through the exhibition style caseback. The GMT is an ETA 2893-2 and the 3-hand diver is a Sellita SW-200. All the other specs are the same and both are pictured above.
As has come to be expected with Deep Blue, everything lights up. The ceramic bezel has BGW9 Blue SuperLuminova with a green tritium tube at 12:00. The dial has 2 orange flat tritium tubes at 12:00; dual flat blue tubes at 3, 6, 9; and single blue flat tubes at all the other hours.
Nicely sized at 44mm / 15mm thick / 24mm lugs. And nicely priced at $1,499 for the GMT, $1,399 for the regular. If Batman isn’t your thing, see the solid black and solid blue options above. Coming soon to KeepTheTime.
